ravens afc champions headed to superbowl 47. a big win last night in foxborough over the patriots. >> everybody is tired and let's see what the weather is going to be like. >> let me get this out of my system. we won, we won we won. 27 in ijamsville. bundle up as you step out this morning because we are cold. 29 degrees right now in jessup and the winds are going to be variable going throughout the day ck up as we go into the evening time frame. so we will get gusty as we head into tomorrow. speaking about the cold weather, we have a wind chill advisory in the plew colors -- blue colors coming into effect 10 tonight and lingers into 6 p.m. on tuesday many we have some very frigid air that's going to be working its way into the forecast. maryland's most powerful radar is dry right now. but yes, we have some snow back up to the north and west. and you know what, some of this could get in here as we go through the evening time frame.

watch over the proceedings. >> protecting an event this large with this many venues and this number of people coming requires a lot of coordination and a lot of organization. >> reporter: overnight, mr. obama and the first lady with supporters at an inaugural reception showed off their love. the president weighing in on his wife's new hairdo. >> i love her bangs. she looks good. >> let me tell you it's just been a true thrill to watch this handsome, charming individual grow into the man and the president that he is. >> reporter: in a speech today president obama will reach out to some of the people who voted against him and call on washington to come together to reach common ground. abc news, washington. >> a few familiar faces will bemissing from the crowd. for the first time in more than a decade, for-- former president george hw bush will

not be there because he is still recovering from his recent bout with bronchitis. he was just released from the hospital last week after being there for more than a month. his son former president george w. bush will be skipping this year's festivities both attended the first inauguration. if you decide to take part in a piece of history you have time to make it down to the nation's capital. will thereby a special marc train service to dc. mta official will be at two locations on the penn and brunswick lines a round trip ticket is 25 dollars and they will accept cash only. trains will not be running alday so make sure to double check the schedule before heading out the door. from the trains to planes to automobiles, hundreds of thousands of people use different modes of transportation to get to the nation's capital in time for the inauguration. one man used his feet. gary allen running 700 miles from maine all the way to washington, d.c. he is

seasonable. we won't get the arctic blast until tomorrow. you see the low temperatures this morning, these will be our high temperatures tomorrow. so oh, yes, we are going to feel it. right now, in perry hall, temperature at 26 degrees. 24 in west friend hip. around at 30 and we will have a -- friendship. arnold at 30 and we will have some snow showers back off towards west and this means thatwe have the potential for light snowfall this afternoon and also this evening as the area of low pressure gets closer to us. and what it's going to do is stay off to the north of us bringing new england the most accumulation. but we could be seeing light snow as we go into the afternoon and also this evening. nothing really sticking maybe a light dusting. but still, pretty to look at going through time. future trend not picking up on a whole lot going through the next several days. but we will begin to see high pressure coming into the picture and we will have

martin luther king junior. and for many, it's not a day on not a day off. operation oliver out of northeast baltimore is holding their second annual mlk day of service. the group will spend the day working to make the oliver neighborhood a better place to live. manti te'o is spending out in an interview with espn he cleared out he was a victim of the hoax and for the past few days he has been the subject of ridicule after report surfaced the girlfriend he said he had died of leukemia but she never existed. te'o will sit down with katie couric for the first on camera interview since the news broke. that airs thursday here on abc2. barbara walters is in the hospital the host of the view took a fall on a step at the british ambassador's residence and got a cut on her forehead. she will remain in the hospital for observation. as you can expect, there will be new ravens shirts celebrating the advance to the
